Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for overall company operations, including Sales, Production, HR, Finance, Quality, IT, and Administration
- Deliver annual revenue and profit targets set by the Board
- Manage aircraft maintenance operations in compliance with applicable aviation regulations (Transport Canada, FAA, EASA, etc.)
- Ensure safety, airworthiness, and effectiveness of the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Lead and execute business plans aligned with the Group’s direction
- Coordinate between local operations and the parent company under a dual management structure
- Improve operational efficiency and ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly) to the Group and Board
- Manage cross-functional teams and maintain strong internal coordination across departments
- Strong leadership experience with full operational responsibility
- Solid background in aviation, preferably within MRO, airline, or aviation services
- Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations and aviation compliance frameworks
- Experience working in regulated environments with safety and quality accountability
- Ability to manage multicultural teams and operate within a group/dual-reporting structure
- Basic business planning awareness and the ability to understand and follow strategic direction
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between overseas and local teams
- Hands-on, execution-driven, and capable of taking ownership of the business
