Deputy General Manager

Role Overview:
This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The role covers all functional areas and requires strong operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for overall company operations, including Sales, Production, HR, Finance, Quality, IT, and Administration
• Deliver annual revenue and profit targets set by the Board
• Manage aircraft maintenance operations in compliance with applicable aviation regulations (Transport Canada, FAA, EASA, etc.)
• Ensure safety, airworthiness, and effectiveness of the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Lead and execute business plans aligned with the Group’s direction
• Coordinate between local operations and the parent company under a dual management structure
• Improve operational efficiency and ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly) to the Group and Board
• Manage cross-functional teams and maintain strong internal coordination across departments

 Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience with full operational responsibility
• Solid background in aviation, preferably within MRO, airline, or aviation services
• Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations and aviation compliance frameworks
• Experience working in regulated environments with safety and quality accountability
• Ability to manage multicultural teams and operate within a group/dual-reporting structure
• Basic business planning awareness and the ability to understand and follow strategic direction
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between overseas and local teams
• Hands-on, execution-driven, and capable of taking ownership of the business
