Our client, a leader in the automotive tire industry is looking for an experiences Account Executive to join their team in Eastern Canada.
PROFILE: The Account Executive is responsible for managing large volume accounts, nurturing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and driving significant progress.
Through collaboration, discussions and analysis of internal and external data, the Account Executive is responsible for identifying opportunities and developing sales merchandising plans to capitalize on opportunities. A significant amount of coordinating project strategies for growth and leveraging relationships with both internal teams and key accounts to maximize mutually beneficial outcomes.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish growth aligned with short and long-term company objectives. You will collaborate with key contacts to cultivate mutually profitable relationships.
This position requires strong operational skills with clear tactical communication to work cross functionally with interdepartmental teams, internally and externally, while also maintaining a best-in-class level of support for the customer.

RIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive results in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
- Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the partnership.
- Resolve key customer issues and opportunities by offering solution-based alternatives.
- Strong analytical skills required to track market trends, provide detailed forecasting strategies, and influence merchandising decisions at customer locations.
- Understand the key accounts business thoroughly as if it was your own.
- Create tracking of financial metrics of key accounts to maintain communication and awareness on progress.
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent industry experience.
- French and English language proficiency – written and spoken.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in sales with recent role as an Account Executive or relevant role managing key accounts in the tire, or closely related industry.
- Proven track record in sales and ability to meet/exceed targets.
- Thorough understanding of market trends, industry standards, and key business indicators in the tire industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills with the ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- $85-95K base salary plus bonus (50%) at target
