Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for an immediate temporary role in downtown Winnipeg. This role supports day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and confidential administrative functions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and team members
- Expedite and manage confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
- Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and record accurate meeting minutes
- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and related logistics
- Process billing, invoicing, and expense entries using SAP
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Support general office coordination and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with SAP for billing, invoicing, or financial processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
