Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support complex healthcare transformation initiatives within a large, multi-stakeholder environment.
This fully remote role will focus on advanced business analysis, business architecture, and organizational change activities to support enterprise-level transformation programs.

This fully remote role will focus on advanced business analysis, business architecture, and organizational change activities to support enterprise-level transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive business analysis activities including current state assessments, future state design, gap analysis, and transition planning
- Develop operational service delivery models and synthesize findings into executive-level recommendations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with clinical, operational, and executive leadership teams
- Consolidate stakeholder input and data analysis to support strategic decision making
- Lead and mentor business analysts and consultants across large-scale transformation programs
- Support organizational capability redesign initiatives, including development of recommendations and securing executive approvals
- Drive change management activities aligned with Prosci methodologies to support adoption and sustainment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business, clinical, and technical objectives
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification is required
- Valid ITIL certification in Service Management is required
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification is required
- Minimum 12 years’ experience performing business analysis within a healthcare environment
- Includes developing operational service delivery models, synthesizing findings, and presenting to leadership for decision making
- Experience consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to develop future state models, perform gap analyses, and create transition plans
- Minimum 5 years’ experience directly leading business analysts or business consultants within large-scale transformation programs consisting of multiple concurrent projects
- Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experience in complex business architecture and modelling within healthcare
- Includes working directly with executive leadership and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Experience developing future state models, performing gap analyses, and building transition plans
- Minimum 5 years’ experience facilitating organizational capability assessments and redesign workshops
- Includes developing recommendations, conducting stakeholder reviews, and obtaining executive approvals
- Minimum 10 years’ experience implementing change within a healthcare environment
- Includes analyzing healthcare service delivery and supporting business transformation initiatives
- Minimum 6 years’ experience performing analysis and strategic-level redesign of the administration of healthcare services and departments
- Includes working with clinical stakeholders and contributing to redesign of healthcare service delivery models
- Advanced business architecture and enterprise modelling expertise
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills at executive levels
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, service delivery, and clinical workflows
- Proven leadership experience in large, complex transformation programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Criminal background check is required
