Change Management Specialist

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support large-scale transformation initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. This remote role will focus on driving successful adoption of change across clinical, operational, and administrative teams, ensuring alignment between people, process, and technology changes.

The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Prosci ADKAR change management, healthcare transformation initiatives, and structured project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational change management activities across multiple healthcare transformation initiatives
• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and adoption frameworks
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
• Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and change readiness activities with clinical and operational teams
• Develop communication plans, messaging, and engagement materials to support organizational change
• Design and deliver training materials and adoption strategies to support process and system changes
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and leadership teams to align change activities with project delivery
• Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change and adoption risks
• Support implementation of standardized processes, systems, and business architecture improvements

Qualifications

• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification is required
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification is required
• Valid Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred) is required 
• Minimum 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects, including developing plans and coaching resources
• Minimum 6 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process or system changes in healthcare environments
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading organizational change management for standardized staff scheduling process implementations across multiple healthcare organizations
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting implementation of patient safety and critical incident reporting solutions in healthcare
• Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare environment
• Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare transformation environments
• Criminal background check is required
