Our client is seeking a Patent Coordinator to manage the global prosecution of both domestic and international patents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize patent application materials for filing with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO)
- Review and finalize patent applications
- Draft client correspondence, including assignments, petitions, and inventor declarations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Legal Administrative Diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with in-house Intellectual Property databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
